Duties:

  • Deal with Ocean/Air/Road freight

  • Import and export documentation

  • Customer quotations

  • Raising purchase and sales orders daily

  • Tracking shipments

Skills:

  • Good understanding of freight documentation

  • Experience with customs entries

  • Great attention to detail

  • Computer literate

Customs Coordinator

Duties

  • Reporting into the Customs Team Leader ensuring all customs clearances are actioned on product movement.

  • You will utilise various customs systems (Destin8 and CNS) to claim inventory links to add to the customs entry

  • Ensuring a high level of attention to detail and accuracy is maintained to prevent any errors or oversights on documentation.

  • Regular communication and engagement with the customers

 

Skills

  • Experience of working in a Customs Administrator or Customs Coordinator role (or similar).

  • Multi-task in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail

  • Worked with customs systems previously

Supply Chain Manager

Duties 

  • Provide an inspiring vision with a clear purpose and action plans in line with business priorities and goals, ensuring their team is part of the journey

  • Responsible for the creation and delivery of customer-focused supply chain strategies and processes

  • Support the S&OP process, including monitoring business trends and material availability, for all products through participating in relevant supply/demand reviews

  • Identify and manage service level and cost reduction improvement projects within the wider business and Saint-Gobain

  • Lead the development and improvement of systems used within the supply chain

 

Skills 

  • Experienced manager with the ability to lead and mentor a supply chain team

  • Confident in analytical processing and the use of data

  • Experienced in supply chain and scenario planning, being able to mitigate supply chain risks

  • Competent user of Microsoft Excel and SAP
